Snow ~ Ladybug and Friends ~

Wow, these papers from Ladybug and Friends are just wonderful! Take a look at their homepage and see their 4 new collections of paper made by Kjersti Vevatne and the adorable stamps made by Joan Elliott and Rachel A. Miller. You can get the papers at the store Papirgleder, but the stamps will not be there until the end of august.

I made this layout for Papirgleder. The picture was taken during the winter earlier this year. I normaly don't scrap pictures which doesn't include our daugther, but I really enjoyed scrap something else for a change. And to you Norwegian scrapbookers, don't forget to check out the new blog ScrappeHuset. The big opening is august 14, but you can now win a RAK by making the blogs header, or giving the challenge a name.

{ Now } One Little Word

I haven't been able so sit down and scrap this entire week so tonight I just had to. I looked into the challengeblog ~One Little Word~ and got an idea right away. The word is NOW. There has been so much sun lately so we've taken a lot of pictures, of our daughter ofcourse. Here she was picking some flowers and was totally in her own world, singing and talking to herself. Oh I adore her.

I can see the circle is not perfect.. :( Supplies: the papers are Making Memories, the leaves I've cut out from a MM-paper. I've also used liquid pearls, stitches, thickers from American Crafts, charms from I-don't-know-where and primaflowers.

Jeg ble fanget av detaljrikdommen i denne flotte layouten av Beso samtidig som at jeg syns den er ren, og den er absolutt vakker og har noe litt magisk eventyrlig over seg. ~ Quiet ~ a layout for Ingvilds sketch

I made this layout for Ingvild Bolmes sketch-challenge. Congratulations to Anne K who won. Supplies: paper from Heidi Swapp and bazill, thickers (platforms), big flower from Prima, stamps from Heidi Swapp, blonds and various embellishments. Vintage is my favorite style, because then it doesn't matter if I "destroy" the paper and the embellishment, I can then just stich it back together or let it be like it is. Please don't forget about the challenge at ScrappeMania. I hope not all of you is on vacation. :)

I’m a Guest Designer at ScrappeMania!

I’m very lucky and proud to tell you that I’m this months guest designer at a Norwegian Challenge blog called ScrappeMania. I was really exited when they asked me a while ago, and the time since has gone soooo slow. The challenge is doing something that I often do now, and that is to scrap a page which is not quadrangle. You can take part at the challenge even if you don’t understand our language, the quadratic-thing is the only requirement to participate in this challenge. Please do if you feel like it, it would make me really happy. There will be a winner that gets a super-fantastic RAK from me, so start SCRAPPIN everyone!! I wish you all a great summer!! This is my try for ScrapJacked. This time it was candiMANDI who was jacked and I just love her style. You should really pay her blog a little visit. Finally {ScrappeMania}

I made this layout for the One Little Word challenge at {ScrappeMania}. This picture is one of very few I've got of myself and Simone during the time at the hospital. I wish I knew about scrapbooking back then, but I can't change that now so I'll just keep that in mind. The photo is taken the day after she was born. I don't remember what kind of paper it is, but I know that the big letters are some kind of thickers, the tiny alphas are from Making Memories. The rub-on "We are family" is from Basic Grey. I've also used two ghost shapes from Heidi Swapp, flowers from Prima, and some embellisments from 7gypsies. I think that is everything. You can see some close-ups below. I made this last friday when i visited Salte, it was actually for Xtinas challenge at Scrappedugnad, but I was to late. I've got my inspiration from Xtina, check out her fantastic blog. Some close-ups to, but that's not easy with the camera that we've still got. I really hope the mailman has a surprise for us tomorrow.

Breathe In, Breathe Out {Scrapping The Music}

Why does kreativity come when you actually don't have time for it?! Well anyway, if you look at my latest layouts it's mostly grey and green. So I thougth I would challenge myself and use some colours this time. It's also for {Scrapping The Music}, challenge 37. The papers are from Kaiserkraft.

As some of you probably can see, I'm very inspired by Christianes fantastic work. You should take a look at her blog sometime.

Finally I can tell you!

A couple of weeks ago Anne Marit asked me if I wanted to design for a store called Papirgleder. Ofcourse I said yes and yesterday it became public! In the Scrapbook Design Team, we are two new ones, me and Hanne Iren. But that's not all, Papirgleder now also got its own new Card Design Team, which consists of 11 fantastic girls. I'm looking forward to get to know you all, and I can't wait to visit the store! You can see a presentation of me and the other members here.

I actually used two days to make this, that's not really me. And I am finally starting to use my silhouette again, had some troubles with it a while ago, but now it seems ok. Luckily!
